Check-in from 2 PM · check-out by 11 AM. Valid government ID required for every adult at check-in. The house sleeps up to 21 guests across seven en-suite rooms; visitors beyond the booked group are not permitted. Loud parties and amplified music are not allowed — the neighbourhood is residential, and quiet hours run 10 PM to 8 AM. No smoking indoors; the garden is yours. Pets are welcome on request. Booking is confirmed directly with the villa team on WhatsApp.
